Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center

DOWL provided design and construction phase project management services for the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center project — a $28 million project  completed in 2012. Services included negotiating the final design and architecture/engineering team construction phase contracts, preparation of the contractor request for proposals, construction monitoring, special inspections, materials testing, review of contractor’s baseline schedule, and regular updates. Additional services included coordination of design, team observation visits and overall quality assurance, coordination and documentation of construction meetings, pay application review and certification, submittal and Request for Information coordination, change order negotiation, coordination with local utilities, and closeout documentation. The delivery method was GM-CM.
