Big Horn Regional Water Supply
DOWL was selected by the Big Horn Regional Joint Power Board in 2003 to provide planning, funding acquisition and administration, design, bidding, and construction administration for 80 miles of water transmission pipelines. The facilities included storage tanks, pump stations, PRV stations, master meter connection points, SCADA control, and other appurtenances. This project is a regional drinking water system that provides reliable and redundant water supply to several towns and rural water districts spanning 800 square miles over three counties. The system continues to be expanded to serve adjoining towns and water districts.
