Central Arizona College San Tan Campus

DOWL provided on-site and off-site engineering design to support the master planning for Central Arizona College’s new 205-acre San Tan Campus located on Bella Vista Road in San Tan Valley. The scope of services included providing civil engineering support for the master planning of the new campus, preparation of an ALTA/ASCM survey, civil engineering site design for the five buildings in Phase 1, preparation of a traffic impact analysis, drainage report, water basis of design report, waste water basis of design report, design of off-site improvements including half-street roadway widening improvements to Bella Vista Road, approximately 11,000 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main, and 4,000 linear feet of eight-inch PVC sewer main.
