Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center

The 193,000-square-foot Anchorage Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in the downtown area allows Anchorage to attract conventions with up to 5,000 delegates. The scope of DOWL’s services included a topographic and boundary survey, geotechnical investigation, platting, public meetings and presentations, ordinance preparation (including bulk variance, vacations, and zoning amendment), traffic and parking planning assistance, schematic design, civil design development, civil construction documents, water and sewer mainline extension design and permitting, certified plot plan, storm water pollution prevention plan, permit assistance, engineering services during construction, preparation of traffic control (work safe zone), plans record drawings, and a record plot plan.
