Goodwill Industries

Since 2011, professionals at DOWL have provided design services for over 15 Goodwill Superstore and Donation Center sites across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Each project has had unique challenges ranging from floodplain development, new public streets, infrastructure upgrades, climate-specific design, and multiple agency entitlement processes. DOWL has worked closely with the Goodwill team to assist from early concept design and due diligence efforts through construction. DOWL has provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for these projects, which have varied in size from one-acre donation sites, to larger 25,000-square-foot superstores with additional retail pads.
