Incline Village General Improvement District Water/Wastewater Master Plan

DOWL collaborated with the Incline Village General Improvement District to create a comprehensive water and wastewater master plan. This plan involved developing hydraulic models, documenting the water and sewer system, identifying deficiencies in system components, and proposing a capital improvement program with cost estimates for system enhancements.
