Northern California Youth Regional Treatment Center

DOWL partnered with JSRA Architects and Greenberg Construction in a design/build delivery for this new youth treatment center to be owned and operated by the Indian Health Service.

DOWL provided services to develop a new public water supply system, including drilling of a test well; design of the 800-foot-deep production well; and design of the ground-level water storage tank, chlorine disinfection system, domestic booster pump system, and diesel-driven emergency fire pump system.  The project also included completion of the full regulatory process for permitting a new public water supply in the state of California.
