Stevens Ranch Master Plan
DOWL was the lead consultant for the design and preparation of the Stevens Ranch Master Plan, a 370-acre property located on the east side of the City of Bend. The master plan involved concept planning for residential, commercial, and industrial uses, preliminary site design and subdivision layout, drafting of the master plan’s overlay code for implementation into the Bend Development Code, and annexation of the site into City-limits.
DOWL provided civil engineering and land use planning services for the project, including designing the master plan’s sanitary sewer and water utility system, design of the master plan’s street layout and off-site transportation infrastructure improvements, application of zoning designations throughout the site, and writing the Stevens Ranch Development Code.
