The Cove Garden Apartments

The Cove Garden Apartments project is located in Oregon City, Oregon and includes approximately 240 units in 11 buildings along with pool and fitness amenities and a small retail component. In addition to the apartment buildings, the project involves the construction of a new roundabout, the reconstruction of 1,500 lineal feet of city street, and the replacement of an existing 42-inch storm main and a 10-inch water main. DOWL’s permitting and design services on this complex project included FEMA floodplain fill authorizations, significant mass grading, city public infrastructure design, stormwater modeling and design, land use entitlements, landscape architecture, and construction administration services. DOWL continues to remain involved in the overall site master plan which includes five development phases anticipated to occur over a five- to seven-year period.
