Willow Master Development Plan EIS

DOWL is preparing a third-party environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Bureau of Land Management under contract to ConocoPhillips for their proposed new Willow oil and gas development on the North Slope, in the National Petroleum Reserve–Alaska. The project includes construction of five drill sites, a central processing facility, an operations center, a new airstrip, roads, pipelines, and an offshore module transfer island.
